Refund Policy

At OnTheRoad.Store, we do our best to deliver only the best quality products to our customers. At the same time, it is our endeavor to provide the best shopping experience. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of gadget that you have received from us, you can return it to us and get your money refunded.

To initiate the process of refund, please write an email to us stating the reason(s) why you would like to have a refund.

For example, if the item that you have received was broken or not working as intended, please mention this in your email.

Or, if a wrong item has been delivered to you in response to the item you ordered, please mention it in your email.

Please remember,

We are here to make your shopping experience pleasurable. This is the reason why we are ready to refund the full value of your order if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product that you have received. However, you need to return the gadget in its original condition. 

Please make sure you contact us for refund no later than 14 days after the item arrives at your destination. We reserve the right to refuse a request for refund if we feel that the item has been used or broken because of usage.

Instructions when returning your order:

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of an order, please write an email to us specifying the reason why you wish to get refund. If possible, please attach images and mention your Transaction / Order ID.
  • The gadget you wish to return must be unused and in its original packaging.
